Join Stephanie Packer and Daniel Packer for an introductory online course designed for aftercare teachers, program coordinators, administrators, and anyone interested in creating a vibrant, integrated aftercare program that supports the whole school. Over two live sessions, you will explore foundational pedagogical principles, child development across early childhood and the grades, and practical tools for building daily, weekly, and seasonal rhythms.

Topics include the unique opportunities and challenges of being an aftercare teacher, developing ego presence, parent communication, collegial work, nutritional habits, use of spaces, and much more. Participants will receive a resource packet with sample recipes, indoor and outdoor game ideas, craft ideas, sample rhythms, and key questions to ask your school.
