Waldorf schools have made both a historical and a renewed promise to students and families: a promise to provide a healing and transformative education. Fulfilling Our Promise: Becoming Inclusive Waldorf Communities is an offering created to support this effort.
In our signature online course, Alma Partners will accompany participants through eight modules designed to acquaint them with the inclusion and belonging landscape and lay the groundwork for transformative change in their communities. In addition to working through the online course content, participants meet monthly for a cross-school, facilitated discussion of the material.
Topics covered include: participant-centered facilitation, key concepts in inclusion and belonging, microaggressions and microinterventions, racial identity development, inclusive admissions, and more!
