New Leaders Academy is a full-year, university-level leadership development course, held from July 2026 to May 2027, and designed to support emerging and mid-career leaders in cultivating grounded, resilient, and adaptive leadership practices.
The course includes:
- Twice-monthly, 2-hour virtual sessions (August 鈥� May)
- A 3-day in-person immersive experience in July, providing intensive experiential learning, peer collaboration, and applied leadership practice
Through this combination, participants explore leadership as both an inward discipline and a relational, community-centered practice.
Learning Design
Virtual Instruction (2 hours, twice monthly)
